Registration Fees

Because the opening of the website was as early as October 1, 2016, the organizing committee signed the contract with the on-line credit card payment company with a fixed currency exchange rate since then as 1(USD):32(TWD). The registration fees paying by bank transfer (USD) and credit cards (TWD) are:

Note:
  • Standard Registration: China, Hong Kong, Iran, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Europe, Oceania, USA.
  • Promotional Registration: Other Asian countries not listed above.
  • Students are required to provide a certificate for identity proof such as a copy of student ID card or the status proof letter signed by the Head of Department to benefit from the corresponding registration fee.
  • Both regular and student registrations include all scientific programs, welcome reception, lunches and coffee breaks.
  • However, excursion, banquet, technical tour and accommodation fees are NOT included.
Payment Method

* Participants should complete registration procedure and payment to attend the symposium. Registration fee can be submitted by:

  1. (1) Credit card
    We accept both Visa and MasterCard. You can safely enter your entire card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information (SSL encrypted). Credit card payment will also be available on site.
  • Your personal information can only be updated before payments, please be sure the correctness before you finish the process.
  • Payments via credit card would be made in Taiwan Dollars (TWD).
  1. (2) Bank/Wire transfer
    The bank account information could be reached once you select "Bank/Wire Transfer" as the Payment Method in our registration system. Please be sure to transfer the full amount of registration fee to us.
  • Transaction charge from both banks should be covered by participants.
  1. (3) Cash payments will only be accepted on-site.
  2. (4) On-site registration/payment is cash only.

Notes: Other methods of payment are unacceptable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • A 50% refund will be made for withdrawals (made via e-mail or fax) by 30 June 2017. No refunds will be made thereafter. However, a replacement will be accepted upon prior arrangement at no extra cost. Please inform us of the changes, if any, by email.
  • Cancellation must be confirmed by the secretariat.
Personal Insurance

The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any unexpected accidents that cause any forms of damages, property losses, or cancellation expenses to participants. All participants are recommended to arrange their own insurance for coverage. Please consult your local insurance resources for further information.
